SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We use a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day. All products always go through a brief processing period before being shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4-7 business days. In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding should delays occur. Of course, we keep you informed and always strive to keep delays to a minimum.

Shipping Service

For the delivery of our orders, we work with reliable partners such as Royal Mail, UPS, GOFO, and SpeedX. Thanks to this collaboration, you benefit from safe delivery and always have access to real-time tracking information, allowing you to easily track your package.

To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we offer various benefits. For orders above a certain amount, you benefit from free shipping. In addition, it is possible to choose insured shipping, including priority handling, for a small additional fee. This way, you can be sure that your order is handled with the greatest possible care.
