RETURN POLICY


At Brenda & Pauline Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we have a clear and fair return process. 

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition you received them

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Damage caused by wear or misuse
  • Delivery delays within our stated shipping window
  • Orders placed during promotional sale periods with a total order value of £100 or more. These orders are eligible for store credit only. By completing your purchase during a sale period, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

Sale & Promotional Orders

Orders placed during sale or promotional periods with a total value of £100 or more are not eligible for a cash refund. Store credit will be issued for the full amount paid. This policy is clearly stated at checkout and applies to all customers equally.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and we receive the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider, but we’ll keep you updated.


Cancellation Policy


We know plans can change. That’s why you may request a cancellation of your order within 8 hours of purchase.

After 8 hours, orders cannot be canceled.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our support team.
