RETURN POLICY
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition you received them
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Damage caused by wear or misuse
- Delivery delays within our stated shipping window
- Orders placed during promotional sale periods with a total order value of £100 or more. These orders are eligible for store credit only. By completing your purchase during a sale period, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
Sale & Promotional Orders
Orders placed during sale or promotional periods with a total value of £100 or more are not eligible for a cash refund. Store credit will be issued for the full amount paid. This policy is clearly stated at checkout and applies to all customers equally.

After 8 hours, orders cannot be canceled.
